About The Book
The House Hunt follows Ethan and Emily as their family searches for a new home. Along the way, they meet their agent, Ms. Gable, who introduces them to many different houses, each one unique and special in its own way. House after house, the excitement slowly turns into discouragement, and the kids begin to wonder… will they ever findthe one? Through curiosity, conversation, and imagination, the story helps children understand the homebuying process while validating the emotions that naturally come with change.
For families, The House Hunt transforms a potentially stressful experience into a shared adventure that builds connection, confidence, and excitement about what’s ahead. For real estate agents, the book becomes a powerful relationship-building tool—helping kids feel included, parents feel supported, and agents stand out in a crowded market. By creating a meaningful, family-focused experience, agents strengthen trust, deepen loyalty, and create memorable moments that lead to more repeat business and referrals long after the move is complete.
